Speaker biographies

Luc Schmerber is the Thematic Expert for a Smarter Europe at the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform, in the design of business support ecosystems on behalf of regional public authorities and business support organisations, with a focus on entrepreneurship and cluster organisations. He has also gained experience in working directly with SMEs on improving their competitiveness.

Rasmus Wiinstedt Tscherning is the Founder and Managing Director of Creative Business Network, lead a global initiative that connects, supports, and empowers entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors from the creative industries. He has a strong background in policymaking and assessment, having served in various leadership and advisory roles within the EU and internationally, such as the former chairman of the European Creative Industries Alliance, the co-chair of OMC Group on Access to Finance for Cultural and Creative Sectors, and the steering committee member of Creative Futures.
