1. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this game software, you ("User", "You", or "Your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the software.

2. LICENSING STRUCTURE

This game incorporates multiple licensing schemes for different components:

2.1 Source Code License

2.3 Third-Party Components

This game is developed with Unity. Third-party components may be subject to their own licenses, which are identified within the software documentation.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

6.1 Data Collection

This game may collect:

  • No personal information is transmitted without your explicit consent

9.2 Effect of Termination

Termination of this EULA does not affect your rights under the open source licenses for the game's components.

10. DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM (ITCH.IO)

10.1 Platform Distribution

This game is distributed through Itch.io (https://itch.io), a third-party digital distribution platform. The game is available at: https://epicwe.itch.io/psykiosk

10.2 Platform Terms

Your use of Itch.io to download, purchase, or access this game is subject to Itch.io's Terms of Service (https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms) in addition to this EULA. In case of conflict between Itch.io's terms and this EULA regarding the game software itself, this EULA takes precedence.

10.3 Platform Account Requirements
