Defy the curse, snuff the lamps, reclaim your freedom, but don't let the Bicho do Vau hear you.
A stealth horror game combining Óbidos legends "Cova da Moira" and "Bicho do Vau". As a village resident cursed by the Enchanted Moira, you're trapped within Óbidos walls. Venture beyond the boundaries to snuff out 5 oil lamps and lift the curse, while avoiding the lurking Bicho do Vau that hunts anyone who makes loud noises in the shadowy forest.
Game through culture
Players experience two combined Óbidos legends through immersive gameplay: the Enchanted Moira's curse confining villagers within walls, and the Bicho do Vau hunting those who venture beyond. By sneaking through shadowy forests to extinguish oil lamps, players transform folklore into interactive resistance against supernatural oppression, embodying the struggle for freedom against cultural fears and boundaries.
